Orders & Contract Formation

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

 

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Orders will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

 

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
  • You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.

Refunds

  • Issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
  • We may reduce refunds if goods show signs of use beyond necessary handling.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: - Perishable goods - Sealed goods once opened (for hygiene reasons) - Custom or personalised items

 

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: - You are entitled to a refund within 30 days if goods are faulty. - After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement.

 

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

 

Liability

We do not exclude liability for: - Death or personal injury caused by negligence - Fraud or misrepresentation - Your statutory rights
