Returns
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us
- You are responsible for return postage unless items are faulty
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for: - Perishable goods - Opened or used consumables - Custom or personalised items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: - Contact us within 30 days - We will offer a replacement or full refund - We will cover return postage where applicable
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of unnecessary use.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
