At The Natural Dog Treats Company (2021) Ltd, we aim to provide a transparent and efficient shipping process so you can receive your orders as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: FREE (Estimated 3-8 business days)
- Express Shipping: £10.00 (Estimated 3-5 business days)
3. Free Shipping (Mainland UK Only)
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Important Note on Geographical Restrictions:
Free shipping promotions apply exclusively to Mainland UK addresses. Due to higher courier surcharges, orders being shipped to the following "Non-Mainland" or remote regions do not qualify for free shipping and may incur a delivery surcharge:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
- Scilly Isles
If you are based within one of these regions, please contact us before purchasing, or your order may be cancelled.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.
